French Round Shallot

Ships in fall 2023 (Allium cepa var. aggregatum)One of several types classified as a French Red Shallot. It is usually smaller and rounder, with a slightly red-tinged tan wrapper. The flesh is pinkish white, with a purple tint in the rings. They grow more slowly, have a firmer texture, and can be stored longer than other shallots. Yields are high.
